When one 'Virtue signals' with a sharp rudeness and

smugness to anyone he / she percieves is "Trumpian". By that I mean crass and rude comments to any and all and then the county in the majority votes for Donald J. Trump for president and the fact many here called him / her out for his / her bravado, stupidity and (at times) absurdness, I suspect his / her ego is bruised and his / her self esteem battered to a point where he/ she would prefer not to engage for a while. This time off also allows him / her to pout. Down here we say....The Cajun word boudé (pronounced "boo-day") It is a term used to describe pouting with a protruding bottom lip when someone doesn't get their way. For example, "Mais, stop all dat boudéin'.
In an odd sense, I (in the main) enjoyed his / her posting. I don't think he / she was purposeful mean and ugly with his /her / they replies, but rather he / she felt rightous and self satisfying with his / her word craft. You got to admit his / her posts wern't boring.
