and while he did commit the crime of fraud, the State reponse was criminal itself. it's ok to say and recognize that Floyd committed (or attempted to commit) fraud through use of counterfeit money but to also say and recognize that he was murdered by the State for doing so and that the response was unnecessary and disgusting.
