at" changes the reality that she's either a paid partisan who sold her integrity to manipulate voters or she's utterly incapable of providing the services for which she is well paid.

This wasn't some random outlier miss out of an otherwise solid scorecard. This was a state she knows intimately; she can't change the reality of this.
