shooter or knowledgeable around firearms. When I told my Border Patrol buddy about his adds claiming to have been trained and certified by the USBP, he laughed and said there is no such program. My buddy was a firearms instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center at Glynco, Georgia where he taught US Marshals, customs agents, BP, ATF, CIA, DIA and about every federal agent with the exception of the FBI.
