strictest in the region and they find violations in EVERY inspection.


If they were serious violations the restaurant would be shut down.

The campus McDonald's used to call the police department regularly to say they were fogging after close. Why were they fogging? Roaches. Finding them by an inspector would be a violation. Even fiding them dead would be a violation.

As opposed to the Gates BBQ on Rawhide in Olathe in the 80's when we found an open door one night. Roaches scurrying on the kitchen floor when we turned on the lights.
