Difficult to isolate if he is more incoherent

Given his starting point identifying a decline is not easy to determine. Yes he sounds very stupid, totally ignorant of almost any topic, unable to coherently articulate thoughts, writes at a childlike level, and is unable to hold a conversation by acknowledging the question or content of the speaker and ends up rambling about unrelated things. But that has been the case for nearly 15 years now.
The difference is instead of watching tv all day he is now extremely online in right wing fringe content, and physically he is elderly and falling apart. But mentally he seems to basically be the same fundamental dummy and total joke he has always been, he just operates on considerably worse information now that he is almost exclusively online and more easily confused.
