About specific and often technical issues. Not always friendly.
I cannot for the life of me imagine our idiot vice president of the United States in a conversation or discussion like this.
She couldn't possibly remember answers to all of the possible questions and permutations that have come up in this thing, even thus far.
She doesn't know enough to have this conversation, she cannot rehearse enough to have this conversation.
