in place nothing but loyalists with merit not even a concern. Kiss goodbye to storm warnings of any kind as the NOIA on the chopping block. No more votes on Cabinet positions, Trump prefers "acting secretaries". Ukraine will fall as Trump "ends the war" by refusing to give the Ukraine any support so that Putin can, as Trump said "do whatever the hell he wants". US withdraws from NATO. Trump strikes deals with autocrats in Hungary, Russia, Venezuela, China and North Korea et al that beneficial to those autocrats but no one else. These moves will be achieved in 6-9 months. Trump will operate removed from any legal constraints whatsoever.
