If he were, he would have put in a ground game rather than outsourcing it to outsourcer Musk. Trump offers nothing. He has spent most campaign money on attorneys to block up, delay and question election results. Enough delay and the decision moves either to the Supreme Court which Trump has in his pocket or the House which Trump also has in his pocket. The interests, concerns, opinions and needs of the American people play no role in the election or in Trump's plans. His goal is to avoid prison and then to raid the Treasury. That's it.
