She's reading something that her staff gave her, but it makes her sound like she's informed, intelligent and involved. She is none of those of course, but she read the script very well.

She has inserted herself into a situation where she is not needed or wanted. She is just an extra layer of bureaucracy and is impotent in all things government.

But to the stupids as I said, she will look informed, involved and intelligent.

She's coming late to the dance, but she wants everyone to know she's there.
