Tulsa is still located in the state of Oklahoma.

California's capacity seats about 63,000.
Record attendance was 83,000 vs. Navy in 1947.

Wyoming's record attendance is 34,745.

Umass stadium capacity is 17,000, expandable to 21,430. They set a 20,000 record attendance in 1972 vs. Boston College.
In other words it's an FCS type stadium. SEMO's Houck Stadium is still only 11,000, but is getting upgrades.

FWIW #9 SEMO hosts a good Tennessee Tech team on Saturday.
Win that & they really are in the catbird seat to win the Big South-OVC.
