when people from a violent corrupt country move to the US and.........act the same way and people are surprised.

So just relocating people and handing them things is going to make them act different?

Let's build a nice town in western Nebraska with modern amenities and give the entire population a nice home. Open stores with affordable prices and implement a solid working economy. Then drop in the poorest of Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, and some Haitians and give them all these amenities. They are responsible for running the businesses and town govt. How long before it becomes a war zone?
