with his positions his whole political career, sometimes in the same sentence. He rarely gets called on it.

And he constantly demurs on positions for a future date and never follows up...healthcare being the most glaring.

The world has been waiting for a Trumpcare plan for a decade now. Where is that?

He most recently said he would have that "concept" out.

So he doesn't just flip flop, he just says I'll get back to you but never does.

This is why more than half the country hates the guy. He's an all-time bull****ter.
