Joe was fine initially at a time he was doing great. The US has an economy that is the envy of the world and under Biden we were the first to recover from Covid and did it best. At that time morons here posted again and again how totally out of it Biden which was obviously false. He was fine. And other than the crippling disease of getting older and YES not being totally on his game all the time, Biden has been just fine. He is old. He has great staff - which is how that office works, through staff - to carry through when Joe is off for a nap, ya know.
