Russia has properly maintained its nuclear arsenal after all these years. That costs a f*ck ton of money, more than most people can imagine, just to keep those missiles properly calibrated and fire ready.
I'm not suggesting we provoke a war with the Russians to find out, but so far it seems Russia has failed to maintain even the tires on some of its vehicles, either through lack of funds, or the fund were appropriated but went to fund some a**hole oligarchs third Bentley in Zurich.
