Breaking the social contract? Oh like going nuts about masks during Covid because the idea was that you may not be immunity supressed but others around you might be (a social contract to protect those around you during a pandemic)
Wrecking the countries relations with the rest of the world? That just speask for itself. Both Obama and Biden had to mend fences after both Bush and Trump, respectively, with out allies. Biden especially since Trump is a Putin cuck.
