call on details in her mind in order to provide an intelligent answer. The question was simple, strait forward, relevant and appropriate to her campaign themes. The question was a softball and I suspect she had been adequately prepared with a suitable answer. Instead, Harris was unable to recall her briefing and lazily slid into her standard word salad equivocation. She couldn't provide a clear, logical and convincing answer to a question important to voters.
