The fact that he's from North Carolina and lived in Hawaii is irrelevant and Trump is not exactly unpredictable. He bloviates, eats and plays golf.
He mainly eats and golfs when he's in West Palm Beach and of course he's gonna play his course down there.
I mean, that post you linked could have also cited how Routh could have known that Trump was gonna be wearing a red ****ing hat too, but that wouldn't have been a shock either.
