guidelines of what topics are appropriate to be discussed on a message board such as this one.

It’s obvious fans of all teams don’t even pay attention to rankings based on the comments that will flood twitter today after the newest versions are released. But, what about everything else regarding CFB? How is one to know what we should spend our time discussing & posting?
