to respond to alleged crimes and an individual citizens Constitutional civil rights, I'll take the side of the citizens. Far too many citizens are falsely arrested, assaulted and/or killed by over-aggressive Cops fearing for their own personal safety. Overturning the doctrine of Qualified Immunity is essential to public safety. Cops should be adequately trained to respect our rights and face the consequences if they violate them.
