Too often he doesn't answer questions directly, or perhaps even not at all. He should always have at least the basic principles down.

If they're wanting to get into the weeds in specifically how they're going to do certain things, and he doesn't have the specifics ready at hand, telling them that he and his teams will be working those out as they have done in the past, and as his teams helped him in building up his Trump empire should suffice for most reasonably people.
