That is all too similar to the slavers who felt that it was ok to enslave human beings, because they didn't define them as "persons".

Hitler used similar logic. He could kill humans that he deemed were "lives not worth living".

Asserting that some human beings are not "persons" and therefore it is ok to intentionally kill them even if they are innocent of any capital offense, or perhaps any crime at all, puts you in rarified company... but it is pure evil, tragically enough.
