it seems apparent the wind is at kamala's back presently. people are relieved joe is gone from the scene and a younger woman has taken his place. most polls show her leading nationally and the critical states to be razor close.

so if this continues, she presumably will walk to the white house leaving trump in mar-a-lago to play golf.

i suspect trump is just playing this along to keep the spotlight on his decision. i can't imagine having a mic on or off means squat to him. in fact, he's said that himself.

this is the super bowl moment for each, the debates. surely he won't walk from the moment.
