the senate, and that will probably never happen. Certainly not in the next 4+ years. So debating it is stupid at best.....If by chance the republicans won enough senate seats (at least 64) in '26 and the pubs held a solid 20+ house majority and passed it Trump would sign it....But that is a fantasy and anyone with a brain knows it....
