in a national. These are all pretty meaninging. HIstorian Heather Cox Richardson said in all likelihood Harris wins the popular vote by a decent margin and the GOP will be busy looking to craft a Trump win through control local certification process. And if you are not familar with the work the GOP has put in to setting up control of those local election boards across the country over the last four years then you don't pay attention. Trump and his people stated this after Jan 6, that it is not important who casts votes, but who counts them.
