They were fairy dust, they never existed. That is intentional and someone should be held to account for such an error, but no one ever will be. If it was a "mistake", about half the time you'd expect to see the job numbers be increased. But that never happens. It's always a downward revision.
Either that, or they are intentionally coming out with this to force the Fed to cut rates more in Sept.
It doesn't matter which is true, they are equally complete bullsh*t. Why people ever believe anything these people say from this, Russian collusion, Jan 6, Hunter laptop is fake, or whatever is beyond me. It's all a massive web of lies to keep power.
