At 7, I think we are in fair agreement.

As kids get into teens, it gets a bit more difficult, as everyone develops different maturities at different levels.

I still do not believe laws should be written in such a black and white manner, but more around a decision process. If there is evidence of force to the child, then, yes, abuse charges should be filed.

Then you have other cases, such as the boxers, where the physical parts do not even match the chromosomes, and various in between versions as well.

But that is also part of my generic Libertarian thoughts that those are just not areas where government should be involved.
