Did it take some strong-arm persuasion to get that done? Yes it did considering the fantastic success the guy had had and the fact that power of that job is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to give up, it would have taken no less. Then again, Biden - you know that guy you claim is a senile fool designed the time of this brilliantly. He hands it off, gets Kamala rolling during the distraction of the Olympics and rolling now into a fired-up joyful convention with in all likelihood a bump in approval right into Labor Day and the kick-off to the campaign in the lead.
