Too many "what ifs" to make this a believable scenario. I can't see the SS using an untrained amateur to do this (provided they actually wanted to do this which I highly doubt). It's far too high risk. Too many opportunities for things to go badly wrong. If they wanted Trump dead, I think Trump would already be dead.
