Consisted of continuing the Obama policy
And then when prices got too low, he begged for OPEC to reduce production to increase prices.
His foreign policy was improved, but then he followed that up with increasing our military budget and not actually bringing anyone home.
His border policy was spending hundreds of billions of dollars and doing nothin about the real issues (helping employees find employers or reducing federal handouts).
He considered it a "success" because he has one low month towards the end of his Presidency, even though his crossing numbers were the same as Obama's on average.
Ummm pointed it out best in one thread (can't remember). On a scale of 100 from freedom to socialism, the Dems are at 95, and the GOP is at 90.
