any county who has 25000 students who don't normally live there voting is going to be skewed.

Shawnee is Topeka which is where the government is centralized in KS.

Johnson is powered by AWFLs who vote for Sharice Davids types.

Sedgewick isn't listed, but is the largest county in population in kansas and has 32% with a Backelor's or higher. It's weird the biggest county in KS wasn't noticed by you. Thanks for your interest in KS.
