No, but they can have ideas or initiate policies that you see working around two to three years later. Take for instance tax cuts and tarriffs that you see the results a few years later. The Inflation rate for 2020 was around 2% and 2021 7% 2022 around 7% 2023 it was 4% and so far this year it is 3% I am sure that Tarriffs in China had something to do with it and of course Ukraine war.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
