when I called the KC patrol after my 3rd break-in in Waldo. The officer looked around for a few seconds, asked me where the restroom was, then took a 15 minute dump, came out, jotted down 11 seconds worth of notes, and left. Blew my mind.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
