Yes, but this will not be necassary. Somehow (just a matter of time) the US will get into a shooting game with Iran and we well lose one third of our miltary. In addition to that Guam will be eliminated. No need to disrupt oil traffic. What will happen Israel will soon not be able to purchase oil. Their natural gas wells in the med will be destroyed and energy will be shut off.
