they promote adversely affect the lower and middle classes. The rich can choose to defer income to avoid taxable events. They can afford to hire accountants to help manage their affairs to their advantage. The poor and middle classes don't have the means to employ that expertise and they can't defer income.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
