Arizona
Montana
Arkansas
Since Roe V Wade was overturned, most Republican controlled states raced to put bans on abortions, while most Democratic led states put laws in place to protect abortion access.
Since then, it has gone to the voters in 6 different states since 2022, all 6 states, including California, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Vermont voted in favor of abortion protections.
