That is a world where one is either IN DECLINE or sharp as a tack and nothing in between. Biden's results as a top president, one the best, and that is kinda tough to pull off "in decline". Biden is also in his 80s and sometimes needs some time and not on his game. Biden is a guy in his eighties who has had a remarkable and great run in just the last few years. He is also in his eighties and that is OK. This of course has NOTHING to do with Donald Trump and professional analysis of his decline.
Though Biden is mostly irrelevat now in the run up to an election - but let's take a look - since you insist and Biden Trump. Biden negotiated historic prison swap. Trump hides at his garish resort. Biden's successor is out working two to three states a day in a vigorous campaign for the White House. Trump hides at Mara Lago. And whereas Harris will have had - oh a good guess would be, fifteen campaign events this week and Trump will have, now where is my calculator, one.
