literally no one wanted to begin with. It seems they didn't think about what would happen when Biden was done, either this way or if he did get elected again. At some point Kamala was going to be in the next candidate position. The optics of pushing the sitting VP aside would be really bad. Especially a women who calls herself a minority. It's hard to believe the Dem machine picked her in the first place. Now they're kind of backed into a corner. And what a hideous corner it is.
