It's like an abusive relationship from the outside looking in that should be easy, quit leave don't put up with it.

But from the inside out there needs to be more than just a few brave enough to take charge and too many people are afraid to rock the boat or afraid of the push back.

Again just look at the lefties responses to this, women having men in their locker rooms, or the volleyball incident.
