t things from structural improvements on older structures to catching up on huge jumps in insurance costs.

I can only hope those were added to the normal monthly fees and that is why it is so high

i don't think even Florida condos have that high of a monthly fee. Better include free on site everything

Some of our condos fees are up 3X in the last 5 years plus a couple thousand in special assessment. The board will all be removed for incompetence this next election. It is still a fraction of those fees
