this is the problem with government.

Government makes a rule to create a problem. They then make another rule to "fix" that problem, and create another.

before you know it, you have 10 new rules, and a big ass swamp.

The market finds it ways around rules. Once you realize that, you then realize fewer rules are the best thing ever.
