From a recent Vance interview, earlier this month:

Question: “You support mifepristone being accessible?”
Vance: “Yes, Kristen, I do.”

The pill accounts for half the abortions in this country. It works by causing damage to a woman’s uterine lining, cutting off nutrition and oxygen to her pre-born child, causing starvation or suffocation.

The child dies by starvation or suffocation.

The pill is absolutely barbaric, but its approval is now the official policy of the Republican Party.
