Uh no. Some would like another nominee - yep. But they only person who can put any such process in place is Joe Biden. I am hoping he sees the light. Trump's operatives this time around around are very good at what they do and have a plan in place to do for Biden what they did for John Kerry AND that they have no plan B. So if you put up another nominee, they will be in a bit of a jam.
