Screaming Joe Biden could look like Demosthenes. The reason that would be good for Republicans is that Biden can't possibly keep that level of communicationg. Even in "controlled" environments he will fall down, get lost, talk to dead people, or do something else incriminating of his condition.

Not sure what to wish for…
