is as yet undetermined but the design will allow for future expansion if advisable.

The trend in new stadiums is to go smaller/closer with more amenities given the price of actual attendance and the extensive media coverage now available to all. People can now sit at home and watch their team on a 75” screen and not have to deal with the cost and uh, the public.

Smaller venues create a manipulated demand that does not exist with a cavernous, partially empty stadium. See the trend in baseball.
