-the elite have achieved their goals-completely absolutely.

What goes on now is just their attempts at maintaining it.
They are indifferent to any suffering because keeping us all divided is their means of continuing that state.

The "deep state" is mostly delusion, but there are many many many fiefdoms within the government by the bureaucrats (referred to as the "deep state"
and mostly they just want to be left alone. IE its a much lower level that you rail against while ignoring the real issue.
