If one is using in Sept but then figures they have it under control 5-6 weeks later, they say they are not using. This could be a significant hole in the prosecution's case with a juror or two. Wouldn't that then be a hoot, if Trump's prosecutor goes 34-0 and and Biden's a hung jury?
