Purchased. I had to get fingerprinted to get a conceal and carry liscense. Not eveyone should own a gun, especially some methhead. That point of view doesn't make me anti 2nd amendment, it makes me a responsible gun owner. They don't need any new gun legislation, they just need to enforce what is already there and this is part of it.
