happen because of the differences between the two people conversing. What keeps the majority of communications clear is a common language that most people understand the meaning of the words being used. When these meanings change at the discretion of each individual communicator, it makes understanding almost impossible. Everyone choosing their own unique pronoun and expecting everyone else to adhere to that is a classic example.
