But I do remember the bully in the 5th grade classroom.

I recognize the concepts of right to life and property and don’t need a government to identify murder and theft.

But I also recognize that I can’t defend my life, body, mind and property on my own as long as I am in contact with others - I need some sort of society.

And that society needs some sort of conflict resolution system. Which then requires rules and an arbiter that we somehow agree upon.

And the next step is…?
